Limited one-year warranty

Every FLYNX rebounder net sold on Amazon.com carries a limited one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How it works

FLYNX is sold exclusively on Amazon, and warranty claims are handled through Amazon. Within one year of delivery, contact us from your order page using Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging, with your order number and a photograph of the defect. A defective unit is replaced or refunded through Amazon's process. FLYNX ships as a complete unit, and a valid claim is resolved by replacement or refund of the unit.

What is not covered

Normal wear from use — including gradual loss of bungee tension and surface wear on the net — damage from misuse, from weather beyond what the cover is designed for, from modification, or from use other than with the sports listed on the product page.

Returns

Returns within Amazon's return window are handled by Amazon under its standard policy.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
