Who we are
This site is operated by VETOROPIPARO UNIPESSOAL LDA, Charneca da Caparica, Portugal, the controller of any personal data collected here. Contact: support@flynx-sport.com.
The short version
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to count visits and measure our advertising. A banner lets you accept or decline those cookies, and you can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie choices" link at the bottom of this page. The fonts and images come from this site itself.
What we keep, and why
Email. If you write to support@flynx-sport.com, we use your address and message only to answer you, and delete them twelve months after our last exchange.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web server, it records technical logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested — to keep the site secure and running, under Google's own privacy terms.
Google Analytics and Google Ads. With your consent, Google sets cookies that tell us how visitors find the site, which pages they read and when they click "Buy on Amazon", so we can see which ads work. Google acts on its own terms, described at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the United States are measured by default and can decline in the banner; elsewhere, nothing is stored until you accept. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Meta pixel. With your consent, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) records that you visited a page or clicked "Buy on Amazon", so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta acts on its own terms, described in the Meta Privacy Policy. The same rule as Google applies: on by default for visitors in the United States, who can decline in the banner; elsewhere, only after you accept.
Your choice. Your accept or decline answer is stored in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every page.
Amazon links. Buy buttons lead to Amazon.com. What happens on Amazon is governed by Amazon's privacy notice. Some links may carry an Amazon Attribution tag, so that Amazon can tell us, in aggregate, how many visits from this site led to a purchase. We receive counts, never identities.

Your consent for Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies; our legitimate interest in answering your messages and keeping this site secure.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use: write to support@flynx-sport.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). California residents have the same rights under the CCPA; declining in the cookie banner opts you out of the sharing of browsing data with Google and Meta for advertising.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
